Michelle Johnson has a diverse work experience in the packaging field. Michelle started their career as an Associate Packaging Engineer at Mattel in 2000 and went on to hold various roles at the company, including Packaging Engineer and Senior Engineer of Packaging and Branding Creative. At Mattel, they designed and developed packaging structures for girls' toy global packaging properties.
From 2007 to 2014, Michelle worked at Mattel as a Manager of Packaging and Branding Creative, where they oversaw package engineering and design for a $400M portfolio. Michelle also collaborated with cross-functional teams and provided support in career development.

Michelle will be joining Spin Master as the Director of Packaging Engineering in 2023. Overall, Michelle has extensive experience in packaging engineering and has worked with various brands across different industries.
Michelle Johnson attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1995 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree. Michelle also holds a Lean/DFSS Green Belt Certification, although the details of when and where it was obtained are not provided.
