Kate Frostad has a diverse work experience in various companies. Kate currently holds the position of Global Marketing Director - Activities & Building at Spin Master since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Marketing Director - Girls from February 2020 to December 2021. Before joining Spin Master, Kate served as the Director of Global Franchise - Hatchimals from April 2018 to February 2020. Kate also held the positions of Sr. Global Brand Manager from April 2016 to April 2018 and Global Brand Manager from July 2014 to March 2016 at Spin Master.

Before their time at Spin Master, Kate worked at Umbra from 2009 to 2014. While there, they held the role of Associate Category Manager Custom Wall Decor & Photo Display from July 2013 to July 2014. Prior to this position, they worked as the Category Lead for Impulse/Sr. Category Coordinator from November 2012 to June 2013 and as a Category Coordinator from October 2009 to November 2012.

Kate's earlier work experience includes a role as an Account Manager at Lothantique from 2007 to 2009. In this position, they were responsible for sales and marketing, attended tradeshows, created and maintained company blogs, and worked as a copywriter for the website.

Kate Frostad completed their high school education at Trinity College School from 1995 to 2000, earning a High School Diploma. Kate then attended Boston University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2005.
