Meir Gutnik has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2002 with a role as a Sigint Systems Operator/Team Leader in Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200. In 2010, they transitioned to AlphaCSP as a Software Engineer, followed by a Software Team Leader role at Kenshoo in 2013. In 2015, they were hired as Head of R&D at Warranteer (Acquired by ironSource), and then moved to Matrix as an R&D Group Manager in 2016. In 2020, they joined AudITech as VP R&D, and is currently VP R&D at Spike, a position they have held since 2022. Throughout their career, Gutnik has been responsible for defining R&D strategy and methodologies, managing R&D teams, leading development of SaaS and PaaS services, and improving internal work processes by implementing Agile methodologies.

Meir Gutnik attended Holon Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2018. Meir received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 2010 and a Master of Science in Technology Management in 2018. Meir also received a Certificate in System Engineering from Holon Institute of Technology in 2018.
