Otabek T. Gadayev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital, management consultancy, and operations within various industries. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Spike Ventures since 2023 and the Founder and Director of The Group IG since 2017, Gadayev specializes in advisory services, alternative investments, and mentoring technology-driven start-ups. Previous roles include Board Advisor for Kilde Financial Technologies, Chief Operating Officer at Toyota Central Asia, and Vice President for Olam in the Middle East & North Africa. Gadayev has had significant responsibilities in leading operations for Nissan Motor Corporation, including management of electric vehicle programs.
