Rebecca Ives is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management, consultancy, and employee engagement. As the Founder and Director of Rebecca Ives HR Consultancy Ltd since February 2022, Rebecca partners with organizations to enhance people practices and processes across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business strategies and cultures. In current roles as HR Project Manager at Expleo Group and Human Resources Consultant at both BeyondFS and Spike, Rebecca continues to develop tailored HR solutions. Previously, as Global Director of Employee Engagement at Expleo Group, Rebecca implemented a comprehensive framework for improving engagement among 15,000 employees across 30 countries. With a strong foundation in retention strategies and workforce management gained during tenures at SQS Group and Mott MacDonald, Rebecca also holds a BA (Hons.) in French from the University of Leicester and has further education from De Montfort University.
