Dennis Verschuuren serves as the Chief Information Security Officer for Santeon since March 2024, overseeing information security for a collaboration of seven top clinical hospitals. As an Information Security Officer at Maasstad Ziekenhuis since February 2017, Dennis is responsible for overall digital resilience and the achievement of NEN7510 and ISO27001 certifications. Additionally, Dennis temporarily fulfills the role of Operational Security Officer at Spijkenisse Medisch Centrum and operates as an independent assessor and project manager at DenverSoft. Involvement in professional organizations includes membership in the NEN norm committee for healthcare information provision and various roles in sports organizations, notably as a board member and chairman for multiple beach sports initiatives. Educational qualifications include degrees in Information Technology and Project Management, alongside certifications in Lean and Prince2 methodologies.
