Will is currently employed at Brookdale as a Cybersecurity Lead, where they oversee the organization's cybersecurity efforts. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer at Brookdale, where they focused on incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management. Will also has experience as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they led the implementation of Ansible automation and provided mentorship to junior team members. Before joining Brookdale, Will worked at BNY Mellon as a Lead Operations Analyst, overseeing critical processes related to high-value transactions. Will also has experience at Experian as a Senior Operations Analyst, where they provided architecture support for a large-scale network. Overall, Will has a diverse background in cybersecurity, systems engineering, and operations analysis.

Will Young has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Venafi Security Administrator from Venafi in October 2022.
