Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and blockchain. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha provides training and mentorship for innovation projects across startups, enterprises, and government sectors. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where Micha advanced solutions for self-sovereign finance. Micha's expertise also includes leadership positions as Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web and Technical Board Member at Share&Charge. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and further education in fintech and project management, Micha is well-equipped to drive technological advancements in decentralized systems.
