Dawn Fleming is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, specializing in leadership development, organizational design, and strategic advisory roles. Currently employed at SPIE since June 2022, Dawn previously spent over 15 years at T-Mobile in various positions, including Senior Career Agent and Senior Leadership Development Consultant, where significant contributions included advising executive leadership on performance strategies and spearheading merger and acquisition initiatives. Dawn also held the role of HR Manager at T-Mobile, supporting numerous client groups and call centers. Dawn began a career in recruitment at Mid Columbia Engineering and holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Washington State University, along with PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute.
