Ulysses Plando is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in system engineering and process control. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at SPIE Plexal since February 2023, Ulysses has previously held roles including Senior PCS Engineer at Pivotal Engineering Pty Ltd, where contributions were made to the Covalent Lithium Refinery project. Prior to that, Ulysses worked as a Safety Systems Commissioning Engineer at HIMA Paul Hildebrandt GmbH, managing projects in the North Sea, and as an ICSS LTSA Engineer and SIS Commissioning Engineer at HIMA Australia Pty Ltd, supporting significant operational initiatives. Ulysses also brings invaluable expertise from Honeywell Process Solutions, where responsibilities included leading projects focused on safety systems. Early career experiences include roles at Invensys Software Systems and Saudi Aramco Rabigh Refinery, along with hands-on technical positions at Petromin Petrola Rabigh Refinery and Petrola International. Ulysses holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Mindanao State University.
