Michael Ryan has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Michael served as the CEO of SpiceCSM, where they developed a SaaS Guided Process Workflow and Call Center Management Solutions. Michael also led the next generation of SpiceCSM, called SpiceX. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Fused Solutions, LLC, where they provided outsource contact center services and sold proprietary help desk and contact center software applications. Ryan also worked as the Managing Member of North Bay Technology Development, LLC, assisting entrepreneurial firms in securing early stage investments. Michael was the owner of North Bay Associates, an outsourced business development firm. Additionally, Ryan served as the Senior Vice President and Co-CEO of Message Secure Corporation, where they coined the term Managed Security Service Provider and successfully raised capital. Michael also worked as the Director of Business Development and Eastern Operations at DDI(Cuplex, Inc.), where they grew sales and ran a business unit. Ryan began their career as a Sales Engineer at AeroDDL, Metropolitan Circuits, and Cuplex. Throughout their career, they gained valuable experience in building businesses, managing teams, and achieving successful outcomes.

Michael Ryan attended Rome Catholic High School from 1976 to 1981, where they earned a Regents Diploma with a focus on Science and Math. Following this, from 1981 to 1985, they studied at Clarkson University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution.
