Jason Fregoe joined SpiceCSM‘s parent company Fused Solutions in 2007 as a Level 1 Support Technician. Utilizing his background in network administration and computer repair from Ethereal Technologies, LLC he rose quickly to the position of Supervisor. Displaying both an interest and a keen ability to define process workflows, Jason quickly became a key member of SpiceCSM‘s Process Architect team. With his ability to logically define work flows and creative solutions to customer problems Jason was named Director of Process Architecture.

As Director of Software Engineering Jason has led the deployment of numerous third party integrations that continue to enhance both the SpiceCSM platform and customer capabilities.
