Balaji Balachandar has worked in various engineering roles starting from 2019 at INFAC INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED as a Graduate Trainee- Engineer Design. During this time, they gained experience in designing and developing fixtures, machine parts, and tools using skills in AutoCAD and Catia V5/V6. In 2020, Balaji joined AXISCADES as an Assistant Engineer, where they worked as a detailer for Caterpillar projects. In this role they were in charge of preparing drawings that met Cat standards and ensured approvals before release. Afterward, they became an Engineer, responsible for managing the project flow and ensuring seamless project delivery. Having technical knowledge allowed him to work closely with the process partners, making complex decisions to drive effective project outcomes. Currently, Balaji is Senior Engineer at Sphinx Worldbiz Limited where they create conceptual design for new product development, machine improvements, and new tools design while also utilizing recognized drawing standards and geometric tolerances.

Balaji Balachandar completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at PERI Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2019. Balaji then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management at Anna University from 2022 to 2024.
