Olena Dmytriieva has work experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer at several companies. Olena started their career at HarvEast Holding in 2013, where they worked as a Specialist of Production Analysis and Planning Department until 2014. In 2015, they joined Anadea Inc as a Ruby on Rails Developer and worked there until 2017. After that, they worked at Pokupon.ua и SuperDeal.ua as a Ruby on Rails Developer from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are working at Sphere Partners as a Ruby on Rails Developer since 2018.

Olena Dmytriieva obtained their Master's degree in Electrical Systems of a Power Consumption from Donetsk National Technical University between the years 2007 and 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management of organizations, also from Donetsk National Technical University, from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they continued their education at Donetsk National Technical University, earning another Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering.
