Elmira Gorchakova has a total of two work experiences.

From October 2021 to the present, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Sphere Partners, a US-based IT outstaffing company in Chicago. Their responsibilities included searching for candidates using various tools, conducting full-cycle recruitment for different positions, building and maintaining a talent pool, negotiating with potential vendors, improving sourcer's onboarding, and conducting meetings with the team and management.

From May 2021 to February 2022, they also worked as a Technology Community Manager at Sphere Partners.

Additionally, in June 2022, Elmira started working as an Information Technology Recruiter on a freelance basis. Their responsibilities included liaising with clients, understanding role requirements, communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and technical requirements, screening candidates, and presenting suitable resumes to hiring managers.

Elmira Gorchakova pursued their education in a sequential manner. From 2016 to 2020, they attended Mordovia State University named after N.P. Ogarev (MSU), where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management. Following this, they enrolled at ITMO University from 2020 to 2022 and successfully completed their Master's degree in Investments and Securities.
