Constantine Kulagin has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology field. Constantine started their career at AltiusSoft as a .Net & SQL Programmer, where they were responsible for installing and ensuring smooth operation of databases. Constantine then worked at Valentapharm as a BI Team Lead, from March 2009 to August 2010. After that, they joined Sitronics as an Information System Manager, from September 2011 to November 2012. Following this, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Sphere Software, starting from December 2012. Constantine later worked at Rosneft as an IT Manager, from November 2013 to July 2014.

Constantine Kulagin completed their education with a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO in the years 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (Technical University) between 2003 and 2008.
