Eric Harlow IEng MIET has over 25 years of experience in the engineering field. Eric began their career in 1995 as a Manufacturing Technician at DCRS Ltd (Direct Communications Radio Services) - Business Two Way Radio & Communication Solutions. In 1999, they moved to Xaar as a Development Engineer. In 2002, they became an International Field Service Engineer at Ion Track Instruments Ltd. From 2003 to 2009, they were a Regional Service Account Manager at GE. From 2009 to 2016, they were a Technical Service Project Manager at Safran. From 2016 to 2020, they were an ITMS Product Specialist, EMEA at Rapiscan Systems. Since 2020, they have been a Computed Tomography Engineer at Philips. Most recently, in 2023, they became a Senior Field Service Engineer at Sphere Fluidics Limited.

Eric Harlow IEng MIET has a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Leeds and an HNC Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Cambridge Regional College. Eric also holds certifications in Microsoft Teams Essential Training (2019) and Power BI Essential Training from LinkedIn, as well as Incorporated Engineer from the Engineering Council and Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology from the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).
