Andrea Mora has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Andrea currently holds the position of Human Resources Generalist at The Speech Pathology Group since 2020. Previously, they worked as a People Operations Coordinator at SpotOn Transact, LLC from 2018 to 2020, where they facilitated the onboarding and offboarding processes as well as processed daily payroll transactions. Prior to that, Andrea was an Instructional Aide at West Contra Costa Unified School District from 2013 to 2018, where they assisted students with special needs and led group lectures. Andrea also worked as a Sign Language Support Aide at the same school district from 2010 to 2013, teaching American Sign Language to a Deaf student. Andrea gained marketing experience as a Marketing Intern at San Francisco State University in 2016, and they started their career as a Teller at Mechanics Bank in 2009, where they handled various banking transactions.

Andrea Mora pursued their higher education starting in 2008 at Berkeley City College, where they studied American Sign Language studies. Andrea completed their studies at this institution in 2011. Later on, from 2016 to 2018, Andrea attended San Francisco State University to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Marketing.
