Brianna Dennis has been working in the Human Resources field for over 8 years. Brianna started their career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, working their way up to an Office Manager position. For the last 5 years, they have been with SPARC, where they are currently the Director of Human Resources. Prior to their current position, Brianna was a Training Coordinator and an IT Administrative Assistant.

Brianna Dennis has a Master of Business Administration - MBA with a focus in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Illinois Springfield. Brianna also has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Illinois Springfield. Brianna started their educational career at Lincoln Land Community College where they obtained their Associate's Degree in General Education. Brianna is also certified from the American Red Cross as a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor.

They are on a team with Leslie Guennewig - Executive Assistant & Administration, Matthew Schmitz - Director, IT & Facilities Services, and Rebecca Helgeson - Director, Quality Assurance. Brianna Dennis reports to Doug McDonald, CEO.
