Kate Rykhus has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Kate is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Antylia Scientific. Prior to this role, they worked as an Independent Consultant, Human Resources at CoCreated Consulting LLC, where they provided HR consulting services to various companies. Kate also served as an Executive, Human Resources at the University of Minnesota Medical Center and as a Senior Director, Human Resources at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Before that, they held leadership positions at Life Technologies and The Stanley Works. Kate Rykhus has a strong background in building HR capabilities, managing strategic HR initiatives, and leading organizational transformations.
