Graham Willis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Graham started their career in 1984 as a Personnel and Administration Manager at British Coal, where they worked until 1996. Following this, they joined Serco (Aerospace) as a Human Resources Manager, leaving in 1999 to join Lane Group plc as the Head of Human Resources/Human Resources Manager. In 2004, they joined Wincanton as the Business Unit Human Resources Manager (Retail), then progressed to Group Resourcing and Development Manager, Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the Manufacturing Division, and finally became the Head of Human Resources (Manufacturing) before leaving in 2016. Currently, they are working at Antylia Scientific as the HR Director International, responsible for the EMEA and APAC regions.

Graham Willis earned a Bachelor's Degree in Graduateship of the Institute of Personnel and Development from the University of Gloucestershire between 1984 and 1988. Prior to that, they pursued a Business and Finance HND from the same university from 1982 to 1984.
