Kathleen McTigue is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in medical billing, practice management, and pediatric healthcare networks. As the CEO of speroMD since 2015, Kathleen has focused on operational management and strategic growth, founding a physician-owned company aimed at enhancing financial performance for physician practices. From December 2012 to January 2024, Kathleen led PediaTrust LLC, a prominent pediatric network in the Chicago area, successfully merging multiple established practices into a unified organization. Prior contributions include serving as Executive Director at Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and holding director-level roles at Advocate Health Care and Lutheran General Children's Hospital. Kathleen holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University.
