Vaishak J is currently serving as an Integration Developer at Dubai World Trade Centre since February 2024, previously holding the position of Systems Analyst at Speridian Technologies from September 2021. In the role as Systems Analyst, Vaishak J coordinated training activities and mentored teams while conducting training sessions on Service Cloud and Integration Cloud. Previous experience includes working as a Developer on multiple end-to-end CX implementations, with a focus on both Oracle Integration Cloud and Service Cloud, and expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud. As an Associate, Vaishak J designed integrations involving various Oracle products and external applications, while initial experience as a Trainee Associate included mastering core functionalities of Oracle Service Cloud and developing customer portals. Vaishak J holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and completed Higher Secondary education at St Goretti HSS, Punalur.
