Aruna Krishnaswamy is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Speridian Technologies since August 2021. Prior to this role, Aruna held the position of Associate Director of Learning & Development at Aptean from February 2020 to August 2021 and worked as a Lead Consultant in Leadership & Talent Development at Wadhwani Foundation from March 2017 to March 2019.
