Yuriy Shemaev began their work experience in 2006 as a 3D artist at Sandlot Games, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they joined Sperasoft as a Senior 3D Artist, and their employment with the company continues to the present.

Yuriy Shemaev attended the North-West Academy of Public Administration from 1998 to 2003. Later, they studied at the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University from 2003 to 2006. The degree and field of study for both educational experiences are not provided.
