Dor Fledel currently serves as a Product Manager for Spera at Okta since February 2024 and is the Co-Founder and CEO of Spera Security, focusing on managing Identity and Access sprawl. From 2021 at Google, Dor held the position of Product Manager in Google Cloud Security. Prior experience includes a tenure at Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200, where Dor advanced from Software Engineer to Senior Product Manager, directing multiple products and managing substantial R&D teams. Dor's educational background features an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, complemented by an M.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University, and a B.Sc in Computer Science and Physics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which included the prestigious Talpiot Program.
