Beth Preston serves as the Director of Services Management for Technology & Operations at Spencer Stuart, a position held since October 2007. Reporting to the CIO, Beth leads initiatives that integrate technology solutions into business strategies, with expertise in business development, client management, AI, LLM technologies, and custom database development. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Operations for Global Practices and Associate Practice Leader at Spencer Stuart, and various associate positions at Shefsky & Froelich and Schiff Hardin. Beth holds a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a B.A. in English Literature from Saint Mary's College.
