Dan Meakin MPWI is an experienced Design Manager and CEM currently working at Spencer Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Dan served as the Permanent Way Design Manager at Trackwork Ltd from August 1998 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing 'Design and Build' contracts, engaging with clients during the feasibility stage, and developing designs that met specific client requirements. Dan holds a Higher National Certificate in Civil Engineering from Sheffield College, completed between 1998 and 2001, and attended Hall Cross Comprehensive School in Doncaster from 1993 to 1998.
