Phil Dehner has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on home health and quality improvement. Phil is currently the Director of Finance and Operations at Spencer Construction, LLC, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Home Health at UnityPoint Health starting from 2020. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as the Director of Quality and Performance Improvement at St. Joseph Home Care Network of Northern California. Before that, they were the Home Health Administrator at Sutter Care At Home from 2015 to 2016. Phil also held the role of Product Manager and Senior Training & Implementation Advisor at Sandata Technologies from 2004 to 2015. Phil began their career as the Director of Operations at Genesis At Home (Genesis VNA) from 2000 to 2004.

Phil Dehner earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Mt. St. Clare College between 1979 and 1984.
