Russell Davis has over 20 years of experience in finance and property management, currently serving as the Property Accounts & Business Systems Manager at Spelthorne Borough Council since November 2019. Previous roles include Finance Manager at Brookfield Asset Management and Credit Control & Accounts Payable Manager at Broadgate Estates. Russell also held the position of Accounts Project Manager at Tragus Group and Accounts Payable Manager at Johnson & Johnson. Education was completed at Bishop Ramsey C of E School from 1987 to 1992.
