Lester Spellman is the founder of Spellman Performance, a company established in January 2019 that specializes in data-driven profiles and programs designed to help athletes and coaches achieve their goals. Previous experience includes consulting for Mamba Sports Academy during the NFL Combine, serving as a speed coach at the United States Olympic Training Center, and working as a speed consultant for USA Rugby, contributing to the team's notable achievements, including the 2016 Olympics and the 2018 World Cup. Additional roles include ownership of Maxim Athletic, where programming was developed for a diverse range of athletes, and directing the San Diego Academy for Atavus Rugby & Football. Spellman has also held positions focusing on athlete development at STACK Velocity Sports Performance and EFT Sports Performance. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Temple University.
