Todd Romano has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2002, they founded DragonFire Racing, a pioneering company in the Side By Side industry, where they served as President and played a crucial role in expanding the industry. In 2007, they founded Finish Line Marketing, a marketing, racing, and production company that focused on creating unique branding and licensing opportunities. In 2011, they became the Managing Director at Hawk Performance. In 2015, they became a Managing Partner at Speed RMG Partners, a Marketing, Engineering, and Design Firm. Additionally, they took on a position as a Member of the Board of Directors at the American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education in 2015. Currently, since 2019, they are the Chief Operating Officer at SPEED UTV.

Todd Romano attended Arizona State University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology.
