Betsy Ertel has served as CEO of SpeedTypeâ„¢ since January 1998, managing a robust customer database and enhancing users' typing productivity. In addition to leadership roles at AHDI-FL and other transcription organizations, Betsy has contributed significantly to the medical transcription field, including serving as Past President of AHDI-FL in 2014 and holding various positions within AAERT from 2014 to 2020. Betsy's earlier experience includes founding and operating We Hear You Transcription Service for 14 years, emphasizing integrity and dependable customer service. Betsy holds an Associate of Science in Medical Office Administration from Southern Adventist University and has a background in Medical Office Management from Mt. Pisgah Academy.
