Craig Maxwell is an experienced operations team lead at Speed Medical Examination Services since September 2017, with a strong background in team management and customer service. Previously, Craig worked at Interserve as a unit manager, where responsibilities included improving sales and training employees, and progressed to area support supervisor after six months, completing NVQ level 2 and level 3 in customer service.
