Susie Canright is currently the Director of Operations at Speechless. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations for Postmates Account at SHOTZU from September 2017 to February 2020. There, they managed recruiting of over 100 professional photographers in 25+ US markets as well as in Mexico. Susie also produced company training standards, process optimization, operational literature, weekly invoicing and financial reports. Additionally, they directed and trained 60+ freelance photographers, photoshoots, submissions and email campaigns. Lastly, they served as the primary liaison between scheduling operations team, Postmates Menu Photography Managers and Professional Freelance Photographers. Before SHOTZU, Susie worked at Keepster from January 2017 to July 2017 as the Product Lead. In that role, they acted as a liaison between the development team in Paraguay, vendor in Utah and marketing strategists from CA and NY. Susie also managed the setup, execution and analysis of User Testing rounds of Pre-launch Desktop App in Beta stage. Additionally, they coordinated the creative process through multiple concept stages for a commercially-printed product design to final product samples. Lastly, they oversaw the conceptual planning, feature development and design of 2 iterations of an app from mobile app concept to full desktop app integration. Susie has a long history of working in operations and management roles where they have excelled in coordinating teams and processes.

Susie Canright has an Associate of Arts Degree in Merchandise Marketing from FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design, a Marketing degree from San Jose State University, and a High School Diploma in College Preparatory General Education from Moreau Catholic High School. Susie is also COVID-19 Compliance Certified from Health Education Services and a LifeLabs Learning Founding Community Member.
