Heather Gaytan is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in management and customer service. Currently serving as a Manager at NTT DATA Services and working as an Independent Contractor at Spedsta since April 2022, Heather previously held the role of Internal Operations Manager at Feonix - Mobility Rising. Additionally, Heather has experience as a Sales Consultant at Beatrice Ford Lincoln, where the emphasis was on providing exceptional customer experiences rather than just selling vehicles. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Social Media Marketing Manager at Integrated Global Dimensions. Academically, Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Practical Nursing degree from Southeast Community College.
