Éadaoin Ilten has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Éadaoin is currently working at Spectus.ai as a Senior Partnerships Manager, where they are involved in driving positive social impact through the ethical and responsible use of location-based data. Éadaoin is responsible for supporting scientific inquiry, providing actionable insights to policy makers, and fostering innovation ecosystems around data equity and privacy. Prior to this, they held the position of Partnerships Manager, Social Impact at Spectus.ai, where they contributed to the same mission.

Before joining Spectus.ai, Éadaoin worked at Cuebiq as a Partnerships Manager, Data for Good. Here, they furthered their involvement in promoting social impact through responsible data use. Additionally, they have experience as an Operations Manager at Technology Exchange Lab, Inc., where they worked on projects to bring appropriate technology solutions to communities facing challenges related to poverty. Éadaoin'sresponsibilities included connecting community leaders with solution providers and co-creating strategies for sustainable implementation of technologies.

Éadaoin's earlier work experience includes being a PhD Researcher at University College Dublin, specializing in plasmonics and applications, as well as a teacher of Applied Mathematics at St. Conleth's College. Éadaoin has also worked as an Exhibit Mediator at Science Gallery and as a researcher at the Applied Physics Research Group in Trinity College Dublin.

Éadaoin Ilten completed their education in the field of physics. Éadaoin obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from University College Dublin, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in NanoBio Science from the same institution, studying from 2009 to 2010. Éadaoin'sundergraduate education was completed at Trinity College Dublin, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA Mod.) degree in Theoretical Physics from 2005 to 2009.

In addition to their formal degrees, Éadaoin Ilten has also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they completed the course "Design Kit: The Course for Human-Centered Design" from NovoEd. In 2014, they earned the edX Honor Code Certificate for Evaluating Social Programs. Éadaoin also completed certifications in R Programming and The Data Scientist's Toolbox from Coursera in September 2014.
