Kelsey Smith Smiley is a seasoned professional in product design and digital media, currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Charter Communications and previously held the position of Sr. Manager, Product Design Operations at the same company. Kelsey has a strong background in digital content management, having worked as a Digital Managing Editor and Digital Producer at TEN: The Enthusiast Network. Kelsey also held the role of VP of Recruitment at Kappa Kappa Gamma. Kelsey earned a Master of Science in Integrated Design from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism & Mass Communication with a focus on Advertising from the University of Colorado Boulder.
