James Liu is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in driving business solutions for small and medium businesses, currently serving as Senior Director of Marketing & Creative Strategy for Charter Communications since June 2022. Prior to this role, James was an Advisory Board Member for Ithaca College’s Customer Experience Certification program and held various positions at SiriusXM, including Associate Director of Email & Digital Channel Marketing. James has also contributed to business development at PubWorX and managed integrated marketing operations at Condé Nast for nearly a decade. Earlier in their career, James worked as a publicist for The Blue Pages and Gabriel the Marine. James holds a BA in Psychology and Education from Colgate University.
