Gissel Garcia is an experienced marketing professional with a robust background in database marketing and campaign management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Database Marketing & Campaign Management at Charter Communications since June 2016, Gissel oversees lead generation and execution for various Residential marketing channels aimed at enhancing Spectrum's subscriber growth. Prior to this role, Gissel held multiple leadership positions at Citi from August 1998 to June 2016, including VP of Senior Database Marketing Manager and VP of Digital Marketing Manager, where responsibilities spanned strategic marketing initiatives, project management, and operational leadership across diverse marketing channels. Gissel holds an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in Economics from CUNY.
