Carolyn S. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Carolyn started their career at MCI Telecommunications Corporation in 1987, where they worked as an Inbound Customer Service Representative before being promoted to Customer Service Supervisor and later to Customer Service Manager. In 2001, Carolyn joined Liberatore's Ristorante as a Bookkeeper and stayed there until 2006. Carolyn then moved on to Spectrum Support, Inc. and held various roles, including Assistant Controller, Human Resources Director, and most recently, Sr. Director of Employee and Community Engagement.
Carolyn S. attended Towson University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing. In 2009, they obtained the PHR certification from SHRM and also received the SHRM-CP certification from the same institution.
