Betsy Poulose has worked in the software industry for several years. Besty started their career in 2013 as an Associate Programmer at Anno Domini Infosystems. In 2015, they joined Progno Financial Planning Systems Private Limited as a Software Tester. Besty worked in this role until 2017. In 2019, they joined Spectrum Softtech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Software Tester Cum Trainer, and they are currently in this position.

Betsy Poulose began their education in 2007 at the Board of Higher Secondary Examinations, Govt: of Kerala, where they completed their 10th grade. Besty then attended the Government Higher Secondary School from 2007 to 2009, focusing on higher secondary education. In 2009, Betsy pursued a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science at the Indiragandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women, which they completed in 2013. During the same period, they also attended Mahatma Gandhi University to obtain a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Engineering.
