Nicky Sagun has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and people operations. From 2019 to 2023, they held various roles in different organizations. Nicky began their career at Accenture as a Sourcing Associate from February 2019 to August 2019. Nicky then joined Fujitsu as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from August 2019 to November 2021. In November 2021, they transitioned to the role of HR Adviser (Specialist) - Employee Experience at Fujitsu, where they worked until March 2023. Currently, they are employed at Spectrum One as a People Operations Specialist since March 2023.

Nicky Sagun completed a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of San Carlos from 2020 to 2025. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Major in Human Resources Development from the same university, which was completed from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, Nicky Sagun has acquired additional certifications, namely the 41st Certified Human Resource Professional Program from The International Federation of Professional Managers (IFPM) Philippines in July 2022 and the Data to Insights certification from StoryIQ in June 2022.
