Miguel Marrone has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Regional Operations at Spectrum since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Director of Operations at Spectrum from October 2018 to June 2022. Before joining Spectrum, Miguel worked at Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable) starting from August 2004. During their tenure there, they held various positions, including TQA Manager from May 2017 to June 2022, Dispatch Manager from July 2014 to May 2017, Operations Manager from June 2013 to July 2014, Tier III Supervisor from October 2010 to July 2013, Technical Operations Supervisor from September 2008 to October 2010, Maintenance Technician from January 2007 to September 2008, and Cable Technician from August 2004 to January 2007. Miguel began their career as a Foreman at Rinehart Tower Service, Inc. in January 1999 and worked there until July 2004.

Miguel Marrone attended the Ganexa School of Arts, where they studied Graphic Design. Miguel has also obtained various certifications, including Master Technician, Fiber installation & activation, Installer Technician, Installer, Digital Technician, Six Sigma Green Belt, Ferex DLG GPS & Data2line operators, and a+ certification.
