Jeff Sanders has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 1997 as an Assistant Recording Engineer at Salt Productions. From 1998 to 2005, they worked as a Business Analyst at TeleTech, where they supported multiple business line operations and implemented various solutions.

Starting in 2005, Jeff worked as a Business Analyst at Nelnet / 5280 Solutions until 2010, where they played a role in the development and launch of new products and also led website upgrades and enhancements.

From 2010 to 2012, Jeff served as a Product Manager at Nelnet, where they created new products, managed P&L, and improved customer engagement through mobile strategies.

In 2012, Jeff worked as a Product Manager at Bankrate Insurance, and from 2013 to 2014 they served as a Contractor at virtualwirks.

From 2013 to 2016, Jeff worked as a Mobile Product Manager at Dice, overseeing the research of mobile market conditions and designing and developing native mobile apps.

In 2013, Jeff also started working at Digital First Media as a Project Manager/Product Manager, leading the adoption of Agile principles and reducing page weight and load time across the company's newspaper websites.

In 2017, Jeff worked as a Project Manager/Scrum Master at Apex Systems on a Spectrum contract. In the same year, they also became a Senior Scrum Master at Spectrum.

Jeff's most recent role was as the Lead Product Delivery Manager at Spectrum, starting in 2017. In this role, they led the Self-Service Products & Platforms teams and drove the consolidation of Spectrum Mobile and My Spectrum apps.
