Jill Wakefield has a diverse work experience. Jill started their career in 2011 at Vodafone as a Business Account Manager, where they successfully managed and retained SME customers and achieved revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling communications solutions. Jill then transitioned to the role of Fraud Analyst, where they monitored network traffic for indicators of fraud, reviewed and enhanced fraud detection methods, and identified clusters of fraudulent activity. In 2016, Jill became a Sales Operations Partner at Vodafone, supporting the Enterprise Sales Team by driving operational efficiency and sales success through insights, analytics, and commission payment plan design. Currently, they serve as the Corporate Gym and Wellness Centre Manager at Spectrum Wellness.

Jill Wakefield's education history begins in 2001 when they attended Dublin City University. Jill completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree there, focusing on Business Studies and Law. From 2005 to 2006, they continued their education at Technological University Dublin, where they obtained a Higher Diploma in Legal Studies, furthering their knowledge in the field of Law.
