Ashley Rossi McInerney has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2005 as a Program Coordinator and Technology Consultant at Girls Inc., where they successfully increased program enrollment by 25% through curriculum evaluation and redesign. Ashley then worked at Columbia Law School, initially as an Annual Fund Assistant, where they coordinated the class gift program and managed donor data. Ashley later became a Special Event Coordinator, responsible for vendor coordination and event-based strategy. Ashley then served as the Associate Director of Special Events, overseeing large-scale donor recognition and cultivation events.
In 2011, Ashley joined Smart Sales as the Director of Marketing, where they developed and executed strategic marketing campaigns for various industries. Ashley excelled in social media design, print, and digital media promotions.
From 2013 to 2015, Ashley worked at City Year as the Individual Giving Manager, significantly increasing individual giving through cultivation efforts and expanding the national donor base.
Starting in 2015, they joined AmCham Singapore (AmChamSG) as the Head of Business Development & Operations, and later became the Director of Business Operations & Strategy. In these roles, they provided business performance insights and recommendations on operational and strategic matters. Ashley also served as the Interim Executive Director for a short period.
Most recently, Ashley joined Spectrum.Life in 2020, initially as a Commercial Manager and now as the Head of Commercial Strategy and Growth.
Ashley Rossi McInerney holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Syracuse University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. During their undergraduate studies, Ashley focused on Advertising, International Relations, and History. Additionally, Ashley has obtained certification in Content Marketing from HubSpot in March 2020, and they previously obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in July 2019.
