ILCE IZAGUIRRE ALANIZ has extensive experience in marketing and digital communication, currently serving as Gerente de Mercadeo at Spectrum since July 2019, after holding the position of Ejecutiva de Mercadeo at the same company. Prior to this, ILCE worked at Lotelhsa - LOTO Honduras from October 2016 to June 2019 as Coordinadora de Contenido Digital and Coordinadora de Comunidades Digitales. ILCE also gained experience in the media sector as Community Manager and Assistant Production at Televicentro and Emisoras Unidas between July 2015 and September 2016, alongside an internship in production. Early career experience includes a role as Asistente Gerente General at Restaurante Criollos from May 2011 to June 2012. ILCE holds a Master's degree in Direcci贸n Empresarial and a Bachelor's degree in Comunicaci贸n y Publicidad from Universidad Tecnol贸gica Centroamericana, complemented by a high school diploma from Macris School.
