Philip Ockenden serves as the Division Vice President of Supply Chain for EMEA & APAC at Spectrum Brands, Inc. since May 2022, overseeing the international supply chain for the Home and Personal Care Division. Philip has been a Director at Proactive Consultants Ltd since February 2019, focusing on sustainable business performance improvements through Supply Chain Leadership and Process Change Management for various clients. Previously held the position of Supply Chain Director at Glen Dimplex Consumer Appliances from January 2020 to May 2022, leading supply chain operations across multiple business units. An Interim Lead Supply Chain Consultant at AstraZeneca from February to December 2019, Philip ensured compliance with Brexit requirements in the global supply chain for pharmaceuticals. Philip's extensive experience includes roles at PZ Cussons, where significant contributions were made to international supply chain projects and operations. Educational credentials include a BSc in Economics and Mathematics from Lancaster University and earlier studies at Keele University and Pershore High School.
