Ariel Pena is an experienced finance and operations executive currently serving as the VP and Managing Director for Latin America at Spectrum Brands, Inc., a position held since March 2003. Responsibilities include overseeing the company's operations in the region, developing and managing the commercial team, and expanding into new markets. Previous roles at Spectrum Brands include Chief Financial Officer for LATAM and Senior Director Division Controller & Treasurer, where Ariel managed financial and treasury activities, accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls across multiple legal entities in Latin America. Earlier experience includes roles as Finance Director at Ventaglio in the Dominican Republic and Supervisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
